The Pros: Lightweight; Portable; 2 cameras

The Cons: Keys on the keyboard are small

The Bottom Line: You can't go wrong buying this notebook. It's almost a perfect mix of capability, price and looks. The usability of the keyboard along with the different ports make it easy for us to recommend. (Keyboard may not come with model)

The Asus Transformer TF101 features all of the connectivity you'd expect to see in your notebook. The Eee Pad Transformer comes complete with 2 USB 2.0 ports, a headphone audio jack and a 4-in-1 card reader when used with the optional docking station. Also to keep you unplugged longer without interruption, the optional keyboard docking station adds an additional 6.5 hours of battery life, allowing the Eee Pad Transformer to last up to an astounding 16 hours.

The 10.1-inch tablet comes with a keyboard that feels incredibly solid even though the keys are small. One of the most common complaints about tablets is that typing on them is a struggle. That's definitely something to think about before buying a tablet. If you're getting a smaller laptop, you're going to get a smaller keyboard. By itself, the TF101 is light-weight and weighs only 1.5 pounds. With the keyboard, it weighs just under 3 pounds. In regards to the features, it comes equipped with two cameras, stereo speakers, an audio jack, a Mini HDMI port, and a Micro SD card reader.

The price and specs associated with this model make it an easy one to recommend. It's good-looking and comes equipped with everything you'd expect to see in a tablet. What else could you ask for?
