The Bottom Line: The Dell D630 is still a strong and durable notebook. Is it a top of the line new notebook? No, but the D630 is able to take a beating and is still a work horse. Photoshop and video editing might be too much, but who does that these days? (plus with all the money you save you can hire someone to do the photoshop-ing)

The Bottom Line: Although it s not a performance powerhouse, the HP Compaq NC6400 provides battery life, speed, a protective cover, and features that will make this notebook stand out compared to other business notebooks.
